We are a collective of women in business committed to growing side by side, not in isolation. Through honesty, encouragement, and accountability, we strengthen one another both personally and professionally.
We learn and rise together through shared wisdom, mentorship, and real conversations. We show up for our community as leaders and givers. Above all, we advocate for one another by speaking each other’s names in every room of opportunity.
The guild oath of participation
I will show up, not only for myself but for my sisters in business. I will attend at least six Guild gatherings each year, honoring presence as support.
I will earn my honors through contribution by leading, mentoring, teaching, or serving when needed. Beyond our walls, I will advocate for my fellow members as if their names were my own.
